Ancient legend says that after defeating the an enemy, Thanh Giong flew to Heaven, leaving his sword and horse as protection for the cave.
Da Lat and Hoi An are home to Phat Tire Tours, who offer Abseiling, Canyoning and Rappelling in the Marble Mountains, Tyrolean Traverse and Big Falls areas. These activities require ropes and harnesses to navigate the waterfalls successfully. Some sections can be hiked or swam through. At a practice slope you’ll learn the basics of knot tying, harness wearing, hardware, and proper rappelling technique. Each event is roughly a five hour tour.

You must be able to swim for the water-related trips, and in excellent physical condition before taking on any of these extreme land or hiking trips.
