Poke Time is a joint partnership venture founded by Jean Huynh and Hoang Bao Le. “We did all this together,” said Huynh.

“While living in the US, we witnessed the exponential growth of Poke and its popularity among all ages. We wanted to expand that same wave to Vietnam and increase Poke’s awareness amongst the locals who were looking for a healthy meal alternative. Seeing how sushi is such a popular delicacy here, it just felt like a natural fit. We strongly believe that this is Poke’s time among this generation.”

Moving back to Vietnam to work and live has been a long time passion of both men. We wanted to experience life with our natal country and people, and also wanted to bring and do something here to help the people in Vietnam. Hawaiian Poke food has been emerging on the world scene as a new fresh healthy food, great source of protein with a natural organic taste. Hence, we thought it would be great to share this wonderful healthy food experience with the Vietnamese people.

Poke is made of freshly cubed raw fish, Maui or green onions, then seasoned and lightly salted to perfection with soy sauce, chilis, spices and sesame oil. Poke Time serves their freshly prepared meals on a generous bed of white or brown rice, with wasabi, soybeans, seaweed and other delicious extras. Treat yourself to fresh organic ingredients, and a tastebud wake up!

As a gift, Poke Time is offering you a special discount of 20% off your meal, so bring your friends and family for a Friday Aloha party with Saigon’s newest eatery and meet the Poke Time team! Please see coupon attached.
