Vietnam Hosts 4th Annual Golden Moment Photography Contest

Photo entries are now being accepted for the 4^th annual Golden Moment Photography Contest sponsored by the VietinBank, Vietnam News Agency and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. Eligible entries must be original photos taken between January 9, 2015 through August 31, 2016, and never have been previously exhibited or previously used in any nationwide information or communication campaigns. The hosts are eager to bring in participants.

Journalists, reporters, professional and amateur and photographers from around the world are encouraged to enter. Judges are looking for photos representing all areas of Vietnamese life and culture including current events, travel, politics, economics, entertainment, science, technology, sports and society events.

“We hope photographers from across the country will participate in the contest, and it will influence society,” said photographer Vũ Quốc Khánh, one of the members of the judging panel.

Photos must be sent directly to the website www.khoanhkhacvang.vnanet.vn or via email with a minimum size of 2MB and 2000×3000 pixels.

The prize awards for solo entires are as: First prize worth VNĐ15 million (US$672), second prize worth VNĐ7 million ($313), and third prize worth VNĐ4 million ($179).
